PROGRAM COMPLEX OF THE ACCOUNTING OF THE LABOR EXPENSES CONNECTED WITH CREATION

Background. In article the program CostInformation complex which allows to monitor actions of employees on a network of the organization is described and to define the summary labor expenses going for creation of electronic information. Relevance of operation consists in a possibility of the correct assessment of electronic resuros of the organization. It provides an adequate assessment of work of the employees creating information in electronic form. Novelty of a research consists in development of a technique of
numerical calculation of cost of electronic information and creation of the new software.
Materials and methods. The technique of the decision of the task of the accounting of the labor expenses connected to information creation has estimated character. The CostInformation complex is for this purpose created program. The program fixes the spent time for creation of electronic information. On the basis of it calculation of cost of the created information, proceeding from an hour tariff rate of the worker is executed.
Results. During the research these costs of electronic information on the example of departments of the Volgograd institute of business are received.
Conclusions. The cost of the electronic information created in the organization allows to find the proposed solution. It gives the chance of the correct rating of work of the workers creating electronic information. Calculation the cost of the expenses necessary for reservation of electronic information is also correctly executed.
